Morning Preparation
The day starts early at B&B Heating & Air Conditioning, usually before the sun rises. I arrive at our headquarters at 6:30 AM to review the day’s service calls and ensure my truck is fully stocked with essential parts and tools.
First Service Calls
By 7:30 AM, I’m on the road heading to our first appointment. Today’s schedule includes:
- Routine maintenance checks
- Filter replacements
- System diagnostics
- Emergency repair calls
Afternoon Challenges
The summer heat means our phones are constantly ringing. Each service call is different, which keeps the job interesting. Sometimes I’m in a cramped attic checking ductwork, other times I’m on a rooftop servicing commercial HVAC units.
Customer Education
One of the most rewarding parts of my job is helping customers understand their HVAC systems. I take time to explain maintenance procedures and offer tips for optimal system performance.
End of Day
